- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our digital courses or e-books, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Usage Limitations: Refunds will only be issued if you have completed less than 30% of the course content or accessed the digital product fewer than 3 times.
- Quality Issues: If there are technical issues with the delivery or functionality of our digital products that we cannot resolve, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
2.2 Consultation Services
- Cancellation Before Service: If you cancel a scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation Within 48 Hours: If you cancel a scheduled consultation less than 48 hours before the appointment time, you may receive a 50% refund or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
- No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
- Service Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a consultation you attended, please contact us within 7 days of the consultation to discuss potential partial refunds or additional services to address your concerns.
2.3 Subscription Services
- Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscription services, you may cancel at any time. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for subsequent periods.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscription services, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued for cancellations of annual subscriptions.

- Downloadable Resources: Due to their digital nature, downloadable resources such as budgeting templates, worksheets, and calculators are not refundable once they have been downloaded.
- Service Completion: If you have received and completed the full service as described, you are not eligible for a refund based on a change of mind.
- Policy Violations: If you have violated our Terms and Conditions or other policies, we reserve the right to deny refund requests.

5.1 Technical Issues
